From the Department of Highways District 10 on August 24, 2009:

Second phase of intersection work scheduled for Stanton
Closures in effect for 10 days beginning Monday, Aug. 31
JACKSON, KY – The upcoming second phase of concrete paving at the intersection of KY 213 (Main Street) and KY 11/KY 15 (College Avenue) in Statnton means detours will again be in place for several days.
Beginning Monday, Aug. 31 and lasting for 10 days until Wednesday, Sept. 9, College Avenue will be closed on the east side of the intersection, and drivers will have to find alternate routes.
Through north-south traffic on KY 213 will not be affected, although no turns will be allowed from KY 213 onto southbound KY 11/KY 15. Two-way traffic will be maintained on Main Street through the intersection during this period.
Traffic heading south on KY 11/KY 15 toward Rosslyn, Bowen and Slade will have two options to detour the intersection. Drivers may turn left on Main Street and then right on East Halls Road, then use either Halls Road or Strode Street to rejoin College Avenue. Drivers may also turn right on Main Street and then follow East Elkins Street and Ewen Street back to College Avenue.
Traffic heading north on KY 11/KY 15 toward downtown Stanton should reverse those detours. Drivers may either turn left onto Ewen Street and then follow Elkins Street and Main Street or Sipple Street back to College Avenue, or may turn right onto Halls Road or Strode Street and then use Halls Road to make their way back to College Avenue.
Motorists are advised to expect delays in Stanton during this period.
