Contingency Plans Being Made in Case Tunnel is Removed from East End Bridge

Planners are making contingency plans for how to proceed if a tunnel under a historic Jefferson County property is removed from plans for the new East End Bridge that is part of Louisville-Southern Indiana Bridges Project: Louisville Courier-Journal: Tunnel to bridge is now in question (Sept. 20, 2009) [Outside Link]
