Knox County Hopes to Improve ‘Horse and Buggy’ Roads

The Knox County fiscal court approved a municipal aid agreement with the Transportation Cabinet that will provide funds to improve the county’s road system. Knox County Road Foreman Bobby Bingham said that many of the county’s roads were designed in the 1920s to handle horse and buggy traffic.
