These photographs of the Hal Rogers Parkway/Daniel Boone Parkway were taken by Jeffrey Carlyle on July 5, 2003. The locations of each of the three former toll booths were examined. Construction was still underway at all of the former sites; however, the toll booth collection facilities had all been removed.
At this time there were only two signs indicating that the road had been renamed the Hal Rogers Parkway, and a sign at the western terminus of the parkway had both a Hal Rogers Parkway and a Daniel Boone Parkway sign.
