Daniel Boone tunnel along US 68 in Jessamine County.

This tunnel is next to US 68's Kentucky River crossing. Old maps show this tunnel as the Daniel Boone Tunnel. The tunnel appears to have been bypassed when a new bridge was constructed across the Kentucky River.

Maps from the same era show a bridge called the "Brooklyn Bridge." The Brooklyn Bridge appears to have been dismantled when this current structure was built.
