KY 864, from Interstate 265 (Gene Snyder Freeway) at a point 0.250 mile south of Manslick Road, via Beulah Church Road, Fegenbush Lane, Popular Level Road, Goss Avenue, Logan Street, Finzer Street, Campbell Street, and Chestnut Street-Chestnut Street Connector to US 31E (Baxter Avenue) (including the one-way couplet southbound from the intersection of South Campbell Street and Gray Street via Gray Street to Shelby Street, via Shelby Street and Goss Avenue to the intersection with Logan Street), a distance of 12.931 miles. A 1.5-mile extension of Jefferson Boulevard between Outer Loop and Poplar Level Road in Jefferson County opened November paving the way for new developments in the area.

Public Meetings Held to Discuss Plans for Fegenbush Road Intersections in Jefferson County

On Thursday, November 6, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet held a public meeting to discuss improvements to two Jefferson County intersections on Fegenbush Road: one at Outer Loop and the other Beulah Church Road.
