Rolling Road Blocks for Utility Work along I-65

Rolling road blocks were in place along I-65 between mile point 36 and mile point 43 this morning for utility work by Warren Rural Electric.


Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 3 Media Advisory:

BOWLING GREEN, KY (March 2, 2005) - Crews from Warren Rural Electric will install new lines across I-65 between mile point 36 (Oakland Interchange) and mile point 43 (I-65/Nunn Parkway Interchange) this morning. To prepare for this work, rolling road blocks will be in place for southbound and northbound lanes of I-65 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. During this time, southbound entrances for Exit 38--Smiths Grove and Exit 36-Oakland will be CLOSED. The work is scheduled for completion by 10:00 AM. Motorists are advised to use caution, pay attention to signage and be prepared for minor traffic delays.
