I-64's Cochran Hill Tunnels will be dark

The lights in the Cochran Hill Tunnels on I-64 in Louisville will be off for the next few weeks. The Courier-Journal reports in this August 13, 2001 [Outside Link] article that they are being replaced as part of the repaving work on I-64.
