Governors Name Panel to Oversee Role of Minority Contractors in Louisville-Southern Indiana Bridge Project

Kentucky Gov. Paul Patton and Indiana Gov. Joe Kernan have appointed a two-state committee to enhance minority participation on the Louisville Southern-Indiana Ohio River Bridges Project.
