Anti-Litter Effort in Louisville

State transportation funds are being used for an anti-litter ad campaign in the Louisville area: Courier-Journal: Anti-trash Push Starts (June 4, 2004) [Outside Link]

The funding was approved during the 2002 Regular Session of the state legislature.
